The Outlook Export needs a local installed Outlook.
In the Outlook Settings groups you can select the outlook destination folder that ContactGrabber uses for export. If you start ContactGrabber first time the white textfield is empty. Press the button on the right side of the textfield and ContactGrabbers starts reading all folders of the local installed Outlook. Also linked Exchange-Folders are read. Select the destination folder within the tree by marking the appropriate checkbox of the folder.
In the lower area of the settings you can choose whether the adressdata within the contact are marked as business, private, mailing or other addresses. If you want to export the content of the parsefield too then mark the checkbox "Export Parsefield to Description".
