ContactGrabber has several input formats:

KlickTel allows to export its data in tabular form. You can mark these table data and copy it into ContactGrabber. Since ContactGrabber works on one address, each line of the table corresponds to one address from KlickTel. If you go through the table with the cursor ContactGrabber analyses the address under the cursor and you can export this address to the target system.
Using this data format ContactGrabber analyses the content of Character-Separated-Value-Tables. This are tables that have columns separated by a certain char like Tabulator or Comma. Every row in the table represents an address. The address is build up top down using the columns from left to right.
Example:
| Column 1 | Column 2 | Column 3 | Column 4 | Column 5 | Column 6 |
| Peter Mustermann | Theaterstr. 47 | 52062 Aachen | Tel: 0241 4099773 | Fax: 0241 4099775 | www.ibs-quadrat.de |

After you have activated the CSV-Import in Preferences->Data Input a tab folder appears in the main dialog with a tabitem "CSV-Table".

You can load "CSV-Files" using the Button "Load CSV-File" from the filesystem. ContactGrabber analyses the CSV-File
and separates the columns using the char from the separator select box. The separator select box holds an array of usual
separators like Tabulator or Comma. But you can enter your own separators in the select box too. If you click the button
"Reset Separators" the initial values of the separator select box are restored.
If you have loaded the CSV-File you can go through the table using the cursor. ContactGrabber analyses each row of the table and you can export the address to a target system.
You can create CSV-Files with Excel by saving an Excel table as a tabular-separated file (Excel->Save As->Text (tabs separated)).
Save your data from WebForms into ContactGrabber and export the data to your favorite target system. You can add WebForms fields automatically using a wizard or manually.

Adding the fields automatically by pasting your WebForm-Result into the textarea. ContactGrabber tries to calculate the Field-Value-Separator. This character separates a field like 'Name' from its value 'Peter Muster'.

Now map the fields to ContactGrabber-Database fields. You can use the 'AutoMap-Fields'-Button or select the fields from the selection list.

You can enter several WebForms-Fields-Definition. With the Button 'Show all WebForm-Fields' from the DataInput-PreferencePage you can have an overview over all Fields definition. Click into one line to modify the identifier of an WebForm-Field.
