ContactGrabber uses the SAP connector sapjco to create contacts within SAP.
The connector is not part of the installation of ContactGrabber because of
licence issues. You can download sapjco from SAP Service Marketplace.

At this time ContactGrabber supports sapjco version 2.1.6 32-BIT-NT-Version.
You can install sapjco using the preference page "sap installer" or "sapcrm installer". After the download of sapjco zipfile from SAP server go to the "installer" preference page. Enter the path to the zipfile in the textfield or use the button "Browse" to locate the zipfile on your harddisk. Then click the button "Install" and ContactGrabber installes sapjco. After the installation you can enter the connection data to the SAP-System in the SAP preference page respectively the SAP-CRM preference page.
sapjco uses special TCP/IP ports to communicate with the SAP server. In case the SAP system is behind a firewall the port 3300 + systemnumber must be usable for ContactGrabber. For example if your system number is 05, then make port 3005 for ContactGrabber available.
