XGrabber
XGrabber copies arbitrary text to Outlook Note, Contact, Appointment and Todo
with one click.
How it works:
-
The user marks a text with mouse or cursor and copies this text with CTRL-C to
the clipboard. Alternatively one can use a Hotkey-Shortcut or
the Capture-Mode.
-
XGrabber comes up and analyse the content of the clipboard.
-
Now the user chooses a distination from the list, e.g. note, and XGrabber creates an
note-entry within Outlook.
Which destination system you would like to have you can setup in Preferences->Outlook.

-
Under preferences you activate your destination system and setup some data in case you are using a proxy for server connection.
-
You can choose your destination system within the list. On first start there are no destinations activated, you can activate them
under preferences.
-
Use the export button to copy the text of the parse field to the destination system, e.g. Outlook Note.
-
Use the clipboard button to copy the content of the clipboard to the parse field.
-
You can clean the parse field by clicking the clear button.
Traybar
After start XGrabber opens the main dialog and inserts an icon
in the traybar.
If you double click the icon the main dialog of XGrabber comes up. If you use the right mouse button a
popup dialog comes up and you can setup capture mode, show, hide or quit the application.
